Hello I’m just starting out on all this stuff.

I thought I would just give my starting stats.

I’m about 7.1 inches in length and about 6.3 to 6.4 base erect girth and about 6.1 mid shaft and 6.0 below the glans. I have been dry jelqing for under a month now and I seen some results. I wouldn’t mind having around 7inch girth and maybe 8 inches of length. I have just started clamping as well. I would like to know of some tried and tested methods and some advice to kick start my routine.

Well, here we go again…you really need to familiarize yourself with the Newbie Routine along with the cautions and pre-PE considerations. Clamping and dry-jelqing are considered advanced exercises and you could injure yourself without proper conditioning and training.

You’re already pretty darn big, so there’s no real rush to grow. Use your time to READ in the newbie forum, and save the advanced exercises for later.

Ok I’m definately going to be checking the routine out. Yeah well it’s might sound big, but to me it really doesn’t feel anything special, hopefully I can get some good length gains from all of this!

Why is dry jelqing considered advanced exercise? Sure, it’s more intensive than wet jelqing, but I wouldn’t call it advanced. You just have to start out with less strokes than with wet jelqing and that’s it. Correct me if I’m wrong. :)

Advanced in the sense that wet-jelqing is generally recommended for beginners. Less chance of injury and skin irritation, until one’s dick is conditioned.

Haha. Well I’m going for length gains more than anything. So it’s safe to dry jelq and clamp for a beginner? I’m not doing anything to intense, I’m just slightly worried that some of these exercises could do some damage.

Your cock is a perfect size, I would not risk PE if I was you. Clamping is definitely not safe for a beginner so you should avoid that for awhile. Is your length measurement bone pressed?
