Hello, guys!

I have tried all the exercises before. Now I start again from zero. I want to do it properly. My routine is this, 5 min warm up, 5 min stretches, 10 min jelq, 30 helicopters, 5 min warm towel. I want to hear your suggestions and if something is wrong please tell me. Any pauses during stretches (and how long)? Thanks in advance. Will measure my penis soon.

Between stretches, wait 10 to 20 seconds before stretch again, to let the blood move around the gripping point and the glans.

PE schedule at 1 ON and 1 OFF should be OK, for now.

That time resulted in around 250 jelqs and 7-8 sets of stretching. I have to improve my stretching technique.

250 jelqs in 10 minutes seems to be fast, something like 2 seconds per stroke. Slow down your stroke to 3 to 4 seconds and see what happens.

I think to do this for 3 weeks as a beginning.

5 min warm up.

5 min stretches -> 15 sec stretch - 10 sec rest - total 12 sets

10 min jelqs -> 40 jelqs for 2 minutes - total 200 jelqs - 15 seconds rest between sets.

30 helicopters

5 min warm.

Hello. A month passed, I didn’t measure my penis but looks a bit larger when flaccid. Should I continue doing my program or do more?

Current program:

5min warm up

6 min stretch

13 min jelq

5min warm.

I am just beginning. Wish I had done this long ago.
My routine. 3 min hot rag with a towel.
Set my timer for 25 minutes
1 minute left
Rest 20 seconds
1 minute right
Rest 20 seconds
1 minute upright middle
Rest 20 seconds
1 minute down middle
Rest 20 seconds
1 minute upward toward belly button
Rest 20 seconds
20 second helicopters

Total of 7 minutes 20 seconds = 1 set (I do this 4 times for a total of 4 sets) every other day)

Cool down with a warm wet towel for 3-4 minutes.

I have not measured as of yet but I do feel a tad bit longer. Only been doing for the last 3 weeks.

Upgrades usually happens when gains stalls. Since you are not measuring, follow PI to plan what to do next.

If you have every positive PI, step up a little bit (time > intensity).
