Wow, I really don’t know how long I have been looking for a place like this! This is actually the first forum I have ever really posted anything on so I hope this post isn’t too huge! After lurking and reading on this forum for a couple of weeks now, I have realized that there is far more in-depth information available here than anywhere else I’ve found, not to mention what seems like an awesome and supportive community of like-minded people!
I started looking at PE techniques over a year ago, mostly because I felt like my ‘unit’ wasn’t what it could be; almost like it had never grown to it’s full potential. I tried doing a series of exercises 3-4 times a week using techniques I had found on a website called ‘enlargepenisguide.com’.
My workout started with a warm-up using a bowl of really warm water and a facecloth, wrapping the entire thing and repeatedly re-soaking the cloth with the water for about 5 minutes. After that I did about 5-10 minutes of manual stretching in all directions, then about 5 minutes of Jelqing followed by a ‘V Stretch’, which involved pulling straight out and applying pressure downwards along the length of the penis. Then I would do about 5 more minutes of two-handed Jelqing and end with another hot wrap. I was also doing between 30-50 Kegels every day.
I followed this routine for about a month and I noticed more definition in my penis and a slight increase in glans size. I also noticed my erections lasted much longer and were significantly harder, both good things in my book! However, I ended up ‘falling off the wagon’ and stopped doing the exercises. Now, over a year later, I feel as though my sexual fitness is at the lowest it has ever been. I have difficulty getting an erection and maintaining it through intercourse, and I feel as though I have lost sensitivity, perhaps because I am circumcised. This has been a huge blow to my confidence, especially after being unable to get an erection with a girl I’ve wanted to sleep with for ages :( .
I know there are many lifestyle changes I need to make along with a proper exercise routine for this. Because of some recent relationship stress I’ve started smoking again and I’ve been drinking and using cannabis pretty often. My diet hasn’t been the greatest, and even though I do martial arts 3 times a week I still feel like I’m out of shape mentally and physically (I need to lose about 20 lbs).
So here’s where I’m hoping for some answers to a few questions I’ve got and maybe some advice as well.
1. I’ve read a lot about pills, herbal supplements, etc. Etc. That purport to give you huge gains in a matter of weeks. This sounds like BS to me, but are there any positive benefits to using supplements in PE? Are there any herbal concoctions that can improve blood flow or aid in tissue regeneration?
2. I’m planning on trying to work out 6 days a week (weight lifting, running, martial arts training). Is it better to do a PE workout before or after serious full-body workouts?
3. Has anyone tried using acupuncture or other non-traditional medicine techniques to assist with PE?
4. I know that nicotine, alcohol and THC all have negative effects on penile health (not to mention overall body health!). Does caffeine have a similar effect? Are there any other substances/chemicals that should be avoided?
I’ve got a million more questions on my mind, and I definitely don’t expect them all to be answered in a day. I know that PE takes hard work and determination, and as far as I’m concerned that’s the only way to get results with anything. I’m going to start the ‘Newbie Routine’ this week, with my goal being to get myself as sexually, physically, mentally and spiritually healthy as I can!
