Is there a forum for older guys?

No, but we have several senior members.

A couple are in their 80s. What’s “older” to you grandpa and do you have specific concerns or questions? Welcome to Thunder’s Place.

Evidence seems to be that older guys often make better gains than the younger ones.

Yeah I have concerns. Do any of these exercises help with general penis health. I know everyone should kegel. But what about the other PE.
