From all the reading I’ve done, gathering veteran tips and whatnot- I think these are healthy things to do for quicker healing or to prevent injury in the first place:
1) Hot baths. 2) Very important to warm up and warm DOWN with rice sock or other heating device. 3) Make yourself erect randomly throughout the day to promote circulation. 4) Fish oil and Yohimbe bark are good supplements for blood flow. 5) sleep 6) Of course, less is more — DON’T OVERWORK YOUR PENIS
I’m looking for more cool tips..

7) Amazing Isometrics after your routine
Heat is good all the time, incl. (or especially) during the workout. E.g., wrap with a heating pad while pumping, clamping, etc.
Personally, I think Yohimbe is dangerous and would never use it. We could start a whole thread on diet and blood flow :-) In any case supplements can’t compensate for poor food and lifestyle choices.
