Have you guys had any injuries from using silicon sleeve on extenders?

I have seen a lot of comments about how the silicon sleeve is bad, because it cuts of circulation from the glans, and that you can get nerve damage from that, but I have not seen any posts where that actually happened to someone.

If you were injured directly from using a silicon sleeve please tell me how it went, or if you know of a post where someone mentioned it please link it, I have tried using the search but couldn’t find anything specific.

10 years experience in silicone noose style extender (proextender in my case, but any other with that type of attachment will show the same issues). Never had anything more than cold glans, I never do longer than 1 hour extending without taking it off and recirculating blood, being 40 minutes per set, the sweet spot for me. So it doesn’t take that much time to jelq and recirculate so that glans becomes normal temp again. in 3 to 5 minutes the thing is back on again. Only problem I had was pinching skin when the noose slips a bit from the attachment point.

Thanks for the answer. I have 24 hours in so far over 14 days, and so far I’m pretty much same as you, my glans get cold every time and I take it off every 60-30min. It does get pretty uncomfortable the longer I wear it, the first 1 hour is easy but after that I have to take it off more frequently. I am on pretty low traction tho I reckon its around 400-600g for the most part. I did try to up it to almost 1200g today but I seems too much at that point, my glans really seem to get chocked from the noose, I don’t know how people can go with 2000g+ traction.
I did order a VAC style extender, but its gonna be a few more weeks until it arrives, and even then I’m not sure if its actually gonna be better for me, but I will see how it goes.
One thing for sure, the noose is super fast to put on.

I used the early silicone style strap and I had multiple injuries, but this style seems to have been fazed out for larger bands, sleeve and VAC extenders.
