Hard Lump On My Dick

I’ve been jelqing for about a month now and three weeks ago noticed a hard lump on the shaft similar to one of those ‘under the skin’ pimples. It is still there going on four weeks now(I stopped PE 3 weeks ago). I have seen similar ‘lumps’ come and go on other parts of my body but not on my dick, just the odd pimple when I was a teenager. I stuck a fine pin in it a few times to drain the pimple like fluids once or twice. Will it go away? (Sorry to get all gross up in this piece)

Sounds like an ingrown hair to me but I can’t be sure , just keep it clean and washed and it should go away
