Hello everyone. Glad to see that I can start posting now. Pretty new to PE. Started 1 June 06 and I’m now hitting my 2 month mark. My starting measurements were:

BPEL: 5 14/16”
Girth: 4.75”

Not exactly a monster. Lol. It also doesn’t help that I’m a really big guy. 6’5” tall and weigh in at about 235. Needless to say, a sub 6” dick on me looks miniscule. I’m not too happy. I’m also one of those weird guys who’s bigger at the glans than at the base. Great mushroom head.. But that’s about it. To be honest.. I do like the look of my member, but I just want it bigger. Sigh.

I’ve been doing a modified newbie routine in combination with pumping to help address both length and girth issues. I can currently maintain a 3 day a week workout routine which is about the best I can do with my schedule. My routine looks pretty much like this:

Warm Up: Hot Shower with stretches for 10 minutes.
Continue Warm Up with heating pad and manual stretches for another 10 minutes.
Stretches include all the basics.

Pump 1st Set: 10 minutes 5-6 HGs

Wet Jelq: 100x (3 seconds each)

Heating Pad Wrap: 5 minutes

Pump 2nd Set: 10 minutes 5-6 HGs

Wet Jelq: 100x (3 seconds each)

Heating Pad Wrap: 10 minutes

Cool down stretches.

I used to do this routine 3x per week twice a day, but that got too difficult to maintain and junior was starting to complain. See I don’t have much down there in the way of girth. My dick when it gets hard, is like a steel rod. It’s incredibly strong, but it just seems like my pump and jelq exercises are like doing it to a piece of steel. If I relax and let it soften up I can get in several good jelqs before it just become too ridged again.

My current size is: 6”
Girth: 4 15/16”

So that’s 2/16” of inch in length and girth gain in 2 months. What can I do to improve things?

these are good gains so I recommend….keep on going! at BEST you are “not a fast gainer”. Some do it for over a year and see nothing. Consider yourself lucky. Keep on truckin!

Pumping with a 100% erection is what you want, so don’t change a thing there. Keep the pressure between 3-6 hg and that will be perfect.

Like you I am 6’4” and 250lb bodybuilder type. I tried to quietly track tall people with similar endowments to see if their are any correlations between body type and growth rate (well I was tracking before I left last time) If I recall it seemed that most tall guys with our lack of endowment seemed to grow slower than most. Perhaps our ligs and tendons are tighter, who’s to say.. I totally feel you in that the body frame with that penis just doesnt go well.. Not to mention women always assume that you must be packing 8 based solely on proportion. You know, big hands, big feet, tall big body.. So the size queen (type ladies) will zero in on you like Bee’s at a BarBQ. The sad unfortunate truth is that we are screwed when it comes to looking proportioned. For example:

My calves are 20” around, my workout partners are 16”. His look huge and mine look bird-like. I have 20” arms and he has 17” my arms look nice but his look huge. What I am getting at is that in order for us to achieve “that well balanced look” we have to be so much bigger than we are now. A 7 x 5 penis on someone 5ft 8 is huge.. On you and me, it’s well.. Expected at the least.. Now don’t get me wrong the day I hit 7.0 EL I’m gonna do backflips and penis stands.. But I can’t stop there if I want to appear proportioned.

The routine you are doing is very similar to the one I plan to do if my DAMN PUMP EVER GETS HERE I have been a hanger, jelqer, stretcher, tucker but want to try jelqs/pumping for about a year.. !! Are you condom pumping or wrapping the glans below to avoid fluid??

You may be onto something here concerning body type. I’m a hybrid between an ectomorph and a mesomorph. Probably about 65% ectomorph.reasonably lean, tall, and muscles built more for endurance rather than power, but I still sport a pretty big frame with large shoulders, chest and big leg muscles. Because of this, my muscles are “slow twitch” and despite working out, I rarely get “bulky” but rather I just get harder. It’s like my body is just resistant to change. My dick just seems to follow suit. All these workouts are turning it into a steel pipe. (Not that I really mind that!) But growth? Oey.. Not so easy. At 6’5” tall, I’d sure like to sport a 8 incher just so I look like I’m in the right proportion. :)

Dude, if I had an 8 incher I’d never wear pants.. Lol but we indeed have a similar problem. My growth comes pretty much the same way. I swear it’s like my tendons and ligs fight back when I’m sleeping or something.and I can’t do much at nite because my women comes home so I’m restricted to daytime/moring sessions.. Anyways, I’m down to keep in touch and we can share what seems to work or not work for our body types.. But seriously 2/16” which is really 1/8” is not half bad for two months consider this:

1/8” in two months = 1/4” in 4 months = 1/2” in 6 months times that by two to get one year and your have a 5.75 girth and 7” length.thats almost 7 x 6. I wouldn’t mind a 7 x 6. Would you ?? It’s a nice start

No.. I wouldn’t mind a 7x6. I agree with you on the lig and tendons thing. It’s like they’re made of cable and don’t wanna stretch. The heating pad certainly helps that and when I do my stretches I have to consciously focus on relaxing the muscles and tendons to allow it to stretch otherwise I tend to tense back up and pull back inward. I’m stumped as to what else I can do other than continue my course of action. I plan to post my intro pics eventually. Not all that impressive, but I figure I might was well for documentation purposes.


Biscuit & Shoot, interesting to hear your “concerns” over lack of gains. I don’t know whether there’s any correlation between height & gains, or even, as some people say, age & gains. I’m 5’10” and I’m going through the same thing as you guys. I swear my ligs are like the steel cables they use in aircraft…will not budge! and gains = bugger all!

But, I gain solace in hearing, here, about people who haven’t seen anything happen for long, long time and then all of a sudden things start ‘a happenin’ “

Well hopefully that will be the case for me. Slow to get started, but then BANG I’m growing. I figure after 2 months I’m not really giving it enough of a chance yet. It’s just difficult to continue when you don’t see much in the way of progress. Course I need to realize that “gains” in this department are going to in very small increments.

I seem to be in a similar starting situation to you guys. I’m quite tall at about 6’ 3.5” and my starting stats weren’t particularly impressive. Although I’m tall, I don’t feel that I need a massive unit to make myself look well proportioned. I think that a 7 x 5 will look quite good but I’d obviously like to go bigger than that if possible; what I’m saying is that that is my minimum goal and that I think it’s a size that I can be happy with.
My body is quite well cut and I don’t have a great deal of fat which makes the world of difference in my opinion.
I have to say that I have found it quite easy to gain which doesn’t quite fit in with the theory that you guys have. I’ve been doing PE on and off for almost a year and I’ve never done anything other than the newbie routine (warm-up, manual stretches, jelqing, warm down, kegels). Sometimes I don’t do anything for weeks and then when I come back to it I seem to re-gain what I lost plus a bit more. So far I have to say it’s going well but I’m just waiting to hit that brick wall where I can’t gain any more without going on to clamping/pumping.

Right, I’m off to do my routine. Best of luck to you guys and if possible I’ll try and follow your progress. :thumbs:

Great progress but I gotta be honest

I guess it comes down to two issues for me:

1. How I look to myself

2. How I feel to her

Just gonna put it out there.. I have had many many sex partners and luckily some I got close enough too to get some honest girl talk out of.. YES 7 x 5 looks great when you are swinging low freshly showered and I would be elated to achieve a 7EL, but A 5” EG, as good as it looks attached to a 7EL, will not leave a lasting impression on a women that has had more than high school sex. I want a 7 x ? As well but I would like that ? To be at least a 5.5 to 6”.. Just a note to consider from your point of view.. I do think that a

7 x 5 looks soooo much better that a 7 x 6. It will no doubt appear to be longer. BUT APPEARANCE ONLY COUNTS FOR SO MUCH. Just my two cents

Well you are in the right position to make those statements cause you’ve put in a year of PE where I’ve only done 2 months. Perhaps things will change for me 6 months down the road. Difficult to say.My screen name says shootinfor8 but reality tells me 7 is a much better goal.


Absolutely.. Appearance isn’t everything, however if I had the choice of a 7x5 or a 7x6, I’d take the extra girth because my dick tends to match my more ectomorphic frame. I’d love to have an 8x6, but I need to be realistic. 7x5 is realistic.


I FEEL YA MAN I AM ALREADY 5.25eg so I have to aim higher.. 6.0eg seems the logical progession, now whether or not my body will agree is another story altogether. Lol.. You know man it’s really hard to say what is realistic: you might find that for some crazy reason you become a girth monger. Lol.. Last year when I was consistently PEing I was all about length gains. I was hanging with weights x2 day, stretching, made myself a CPT wrench, bought a autoext and few others I’d like to forget about, and to top it off, I was jelqing with major pull and my Winky seemed to get shorter and shorty.. It was crazy ! I kept measuring and it wasn’t actually shrinking I was just getting thicker (made me look kinda stubby real fast) SOoo you never really know how it’s gonna happen but who cares as long as something is happening ! In summation I just want to say that any gain is a good gain..

Oh shootin have you tried ADS

Forgot to mention, I also tried ADS with MOnty’s Pe rings for about a month or two, It really tired out the tendon as the day progressed so when I got to jelqs, it was too tired to fight back. It was just really hard to find the time to wear them without being seen in public. But I think it helped a bit..
