Hand Clamping

Hand Clamping

I am doing some researches about clamping and found some brazilian versions using adapted clamps from daily life utensils.

I did some other researches as well, and didn’t find any resources about manual clamp.

Is is possible to get gains doing the clamp by hand?

I started adding this exercise to my routine, since I am on my 10th week of the newbie routine. (thought about start 1x2OFF)

Actually I feel afraid of mechanical devices, and I challenged myself to do all by hand. Fortunately I have time and space to do it.

I started simulating a clamp with my hands, holding my unit from the base for 3 minutes, and now for 5 minutes. It’s the first week I am doing this. Also, I did some time holding on the base of the glands.

It will be impossible to hold my unir for 10 minutes or more, and holding more than 5 minutes looks/feels petty scary for me, and, since I’m doing with my hands, I can release it anytime I want.

Well, what do you think about this? Useless, worth it?

Hand clamps have worked for many people. It’s a very popular exercise. Most people call it a Uli and there are different variations. You should try gripping with your other hand just below the glans (head), a horse squeeze, compressor, or however you want to call it ;)

So, doing an Uli at the same time that pressing below the glans? I guess that will expand the glans like crazy as well as a generous expansion in the shaft.

I´m correct?

What’s wrong with sticking to the newbie routine?

In two months you’ve gained 0.45”x0.7” so I don’t see why you would want to change it.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

I am not changing. I am evolving. What should I do after the newbie routine? Keep on it?

I am already doing almost 300 jelqs and doing 60 seconds stretches. I feel I need shorter exercises but with more effects.

My body is doing good responses, I feel no negative PI so far.

By the way, I am adding/replacing new things on my routine, not changing it.

I am spending almost 80 minutes with PE a day. Maybe I should decrease the time and see how it will work.

I feel now I am anxious to finish the newbie routine and start something else. Probably I am very bored of staying attached to a routine.

I guess creating a program with variations will not be so tiring…

Hey Shimarts. If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it. It’s good to make the most gains doing the lightest routines possible. That way when you hit a platue you will have more advanced tricks up your sleeve to continue making gains. If you try doing advanced stuff right now while you’re already making gains then when you hit a wall you’re going to be stuck.

Take advantage of the gains you are making from the newbie routine first and ride it on out until you stall.

(Starting size) (NBPEL: 8 Inches), (BPEL: 8.5 Inches) (BPFSL: Didn't measure then), (Midshaft Girth: 5.2 Inches), (Base Girth: 5.5 Inches)
(Current size) (NBPEL: 9.3 Inches), (BPEL: 9.7 Inches), (BPFSL: 10.3 Inches), (Midshaft Girth: 5.8 Inches), (Base Girth: 6.35 Inches)
(Final Goal) To be the next Mandingo LOL.

Banned.

saiyan22 speaks only but the truth. You should measure yourself weekly, if you don’t see mininum gains then change something. Squeezeeeeee the orange/limon before you dump it because you don’t know how many oranges/limons you have.

So you can’t go from clamping to newbie routine if you wanted to? Let’s say newbie give you results but you move onto advanced stuff, how come you won’t be able to simple return to the newbie routine?

That’s because each routine modifies your dick! Once you have clamped (or whatever else), you can’t undo the changes you’ve made to your penile tissues.

Ok, as far as I understood, I keep the newbie’s until I don’t get more gains, then I move on.

I thought that was kinda like working out, introducing new routines to keep maximizing the gains.

Well, I’ll stay with the newbie’s then. Thanks for the advises!

So, should I ‘go back’ and reduce my routine to what it was originally?

How bout a deconditioning break of 3 months+ that some members have gone through?

I heard that a good long break will untaught the penis to react to previous training.
