Hello guys and a quick question what you think about gym and working with your own body weight ?Witch one is better for your PE gains and witch one is good overall ?I hear that doing push ups and some other calisthenics you can get some fat out your belly so your penis looks kinda bigger witch is nice !And the thing that turns me off the gym is that people say the stress that your creating on your body can effect the penis in a negative way .So is it true and witch one is better gym or calisthenics? Once again thank you for the answers! :)

I do a lot of body weight exercises and use an app called Runrastic Results. There is a free version and it provides you with a fare number of different exercises and a few routines. It definitely keeps me lean and really toned. For more intense cardio I run and do the stair master.

It really doesn’t matter how you exercise. Pick something you like to do. That way, you are more likely to benefit from it because you will stick with it in the long run.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Both offer great benefits and pretty similar ones too depending on what your goals are. If you would like to lose fat in your stomach then you need to focus on diet and cardio.

Yeah, exercise is not an “either/or” type of choice. Exercise is good for you, whatever you choose to do.
