Gym vs Calisthenics
Hello guys and a quick question what you think about gym and working with your own body weight ?Witch one is better for your PE gains and witch one is good overall ?I hear that doing push ups and some other calisthenics you can get some fat out your belly so your penis looks kinda bigger witch is nice !And the thing that turns me off the gym is that people say the stress that your creating on your body can effect the penis in a negative way .So is it true and witch one is better gym or calisthenics?
