I’ve been lurking around here for a while and thought it was time to say hello and provide some background info..
I bought my first penis pump about 8 years ago. A Kaplan 2 cylinder system.
My starting stats. Were: BPEL-6.25, EG-4.5. I followed the outlined program faithfully for about 6 months and increased to: BPEL-7.0, EG-5.0. After that the gains stopped and I got discouraged. I still pumped on occasion, but only for recreational purposes.
I read all the PE information available to me, but most of it seemed questionable at best.
Then I stumbled upon Thunder’s Place and my interest in PE was renewed!
I read everything I could that seemed relevant to my situation and started on a new routine. The routine is as follows:
5-10 min. Hot wrap warm-up w/ heating pad;
5-10 min manual stretches in all directions;
100 jelqs; 15 min. Sets in pump w/ about 50 jelqs between each set;
10 min cool down w/ jelqs and stretches.
I alternate cylinders( 2” penis only and 3” penis and balls) each day.
Also, I wrap the cylinders w/ the heating pad for all 3 sets.
I’m happy to say that I’ve seen an increase in girth of .25” in the last 6-7 weeks.
Feel free to scrutinize my routine and make ant suggestions.
