Goal Setting

I feel so much more driven and motivated when I have goals. The more the better for me. It keeps my positive thinking mind focused on the end result not simply the sometimes tedious tasks. And when I’m focused like that each jelq and each stretch is used to it’s maximum potential.

So.that said, let me hear some of your thoughts on goals in general.or some of your short term goals (long term goals have plenty of threads on them)

Starting: (15X11.2 cm)(EV:9.13ci) Current: (17.5 X 11.9cm)(EV:12.07ci) Future: LONG AND THICK

Short term goal: (18.1X12.2cm)(EV:13.08ci) Long term goal: 22X16 cm EV: 26.31ci

All measurements are BPEL and Average girth (top shaft erect, mid shaft erect, and base erect) Journey Began on 1-20-10 Target date: 8-30-13

I always count gains in 0.25 of an inch. So each month when I set out my routine and measure I aim to of gotten that 0.25inch gain. Last month I measured I wasn’t disappointed, this month I’ve either gained nothing or just about 0.1 which feels like a disappointment. I’m changing my routine totally this month and feel really positive I should gain from it. Even though I’m cutting down the jelqs from 200 to 100 which I’m unsure about. Maybe I’ll just keep them the same to be sure.

Oh and I measure daily, but definitely measure weekly so you get perfect at measuring the same way and you can see how consistent your measurements are and if any week you get sudden gains and none for the rest of the time you can make sure you do the week you got gains on again.

Every new 1 cm (0.4”) in length and 0.5 cm (0.2)” in girth is my short term goal, ultimate being 7.5” x 5.5”.

Once I reach it I will decided whether or not is it really ultimate depending on my girlfriend’s reaction. I think it’ll be enough length, but I might go for more girth if she doesn’t mind.
