I have had 3 month experience but that was at the start of this year. I will start from the start and make my way from there..
How long should I do the newbie routine for and how many times a week?

The Newbie Routine has all the info you need! Take it slow man. I went hard when I first started then ended up having to rest for 4 months because I injured myself. Couldn’t get a 100% erection for 4 months!

I think you should add some pics up, so we can have a rough idea as to how your unit is etc etc.

As many people have said do the newbie plan for a couple of months , measure yourself again then the next step will be taken from there. Pics are the best source since you can refer back to them, so taking them every couple of months is ideal and also it can help people to give you advise aswell.

I have enough trouble with my girth and you want monster girth? You already have monster girth man.

I would go for getting your length up to 8 inches then think about working up the girth.

Sure! That’s a great idea if you want to break your dick temporarily, or worse even permanently. PE is a marathon not a sprint. You want to run it like a sprint and you’re going to get injured.

If you are wanting to give maximum pleasure to women (aesthetics being considered too) I would shoot for extra length only, not girth. Besides, a length routine (once you have been on the newbie routine for a decent amount of time), will often yield some girth gains too. My 0.02.

Hey Titleist! Yeah there’s no doubt that in some cases girths as monstrous as 7” will be a females dream come true, and you are one lucky enough to have that situation at hand! Yet the recommendations I gave captain were regarding the majority of women he would come across(;P), and what goals he should make with them in mind.

At 6.75”, like you, he is sporting a monstrously fat unit. That girth is way way out on the periphery of the size spectrum- a very rare girth indeed. His length, however, at 7”, is cleary nowhere near as “great” as his girth. 7” is still a great length of course, easily above your average length, yet it would not be a length that’s uncommon among sexually active males. Aesthetically, too, I would think a 7”x6.75” unit would surely look better with some added length.

But yeah, you are right that some females really will take and revel in a huge girth given enough “persuasion”.
