Girth Fluctuation

It is normal that when the penis is rock hard it measures less in thickness than when it is semi-erect. Or would it have to measure more in a semi-erect state?

Is the size change a lot? When I measure myself at 60-70% erection, it measures about 11cm in thickness.
But when I have a 90% erection, I don’t know how tall it is because if I try to measure it I lose my erection, I look thinner, and I didn’t know if that could happen.

Because my measurements have changed several times. If I’m not very excited it’s one, if I’m excited it’s another and if I’m about to explode it’s another. 13-14-14’5 respectively. I think that this happens maybe when i am at my maximums, that is, when i am close to ejaculate.
