What are some good manual girth exercises, I searched o bends but nothing showed up. By the way I just started 2 weeks ago.
If you are just 2 weeks in the PE world you should stick to the newbie routine and nothing else!
Follow my advice and don’t rush in to other exercises especially girth exercises. Dondo like many of us have done thinking that we are supermans and experimenting with our dicks thinking gains will comes faster.
Even the newbie routine is to heavy for many guys to start with. 200 wet jelqs as an fresh beginner is a big challenge. For me that it was like that anyway so I had to restart with a much lighter progress with an slow week bulding process up to 200 reps and the same process with the stretching so they follow each other hand in hand.
And if you are gaining reaching 3 months. Why change things up?
Enjoy the newbie routine and your way to a bigger penis. It can take some time before you notice any changes.. the first thing you will notice is flaccid changes. When you see that! Enjoy the ride!..
