Getting back on track

I had been practicing my basic routine for over two months, gained a 1/4” in length and was just starting on some more advanced stuff when I went to a trade show on business and kind of fell of the PE wagon. So a month went by and now I’m back at it.

My question is, how long would folks tend to say it would take to start more vigorous excersizes again? I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do 2 or three months again before advancing. I know with weight training you can catch back up much faster after you have been working out for a while.

I know that in the end I have to feel this out for myself but others thoughts would be valued.

You probably don’t have to wait two or three more months, but still you should ease into it. I would probably do it over a period of 2-3 weeks and during the whole time I would keep an eye out for any signs of injuries.
