Getting back on track
I had been practicing my basic routine for over two months, gained a 1/4” in length and was just starting on some more advanced stuff when I went to a trade show on business and kind of fell of the PE wagon. So a month went by and now I’m back at it.
My question is, how long would folks tend to say it would take to start more vigorous excersizes again? I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do 2 or three months again before advancing. I know with weight training you can catch back up much faster after you have been working out for a while.
I know that in the end I have to feel this out for myself but others thoughts would be valued.
