About how long should somebody just beginning PE wait until they start using clamping/hanging/pumping? I’ve heard anywhere from 30 days to 6 months.

The FAQ says that you can start of hanging with light weights right off the bat. Anybody started out like this?

Does that apply to EVERYTHING? Even light hanging?

Yes, the first 3 months of the newbie routine are necessary to condition your penis for advanced exercises.
