Gained .9 then I went back to .675.

Hey Guys I’ve been doing PE for about 6 months (Started in Jan.) and I’ve gained at one point (In The month of Apr.) .9 in Length and .5 In Girth. Then I started to notice my length and girth decrease(May and June) to .675 in length and .4.

I read somewhere about changing the routine because the penis can adapt to the old routine and be counterproductive.So I’ve changed my routine (Time, Sets, Reps etc.) and In one session of doing the new routine I notice I gained in length back to .8 (around .9), but then It went back to .675. Should I do stealth PE stretches during the day so I don’t lose the length as much? Thanks For all Your replies in Advance, Ig2g later.

Ps: all Length Measurements I do BPEL.

Here’s my routine:

My Old* Routine: 2 days on, 2days off

*Warm up for 7 Minutes
5 Min. JAI Stretches (In all Directions)
5 Min. Joy stick Stretches (10 sec. In each direction.)
8 Min. Horse 440

My New* Routine: 3 days on, 1 day off
*Warm Up for 7 Minutes
2 Minutes of JAI Stretches (In all Directions)
4 Minutes of Sadsak Slinky
6 Minutes of a Hybrid JAI Stretch (in flacid state pulling the penis straight out quickly, then down quickly)
Then 2-5 Minutes of Horse 440 mixed in with Jelqs

Intensity level on stretches, 1-10 = 9

Ps: All Length Measurements I do are BPEL. I know the routine is light but due to time I have that’s what I’ve managed to use, and I’ve gain in a short period of time doing the old routine. The new routine I started a few days ago.

Congrats on your good gain. Have you ever jelq? It might be beneficial to you since it kept your unit in a expanded state, which might be the key to keep your gain

Thanks Stan. I jelq and do the horse 440, but.. I noticed if I jelq for too long I lose gains slightly.

I agree with stanleysx. Jelqing is critical and I immediately noticed it missing when I read your routine. I’m not a veteran, but I have noticed a lot of confusion about how to do it properly. Making the O is pretty straightforward, but the length, pressure and erection level seem to confuse many people. I personally do two types of jelq - one fully flaccid, straight down - one at 60% a bit to the left and right alternately. I only do 40 - 100 reps a day at 2-3 seconds each pull. Not much to add to a workout, but enough to put pressure on length and girth. Essential in my opinion.

I added more jelqing into my workout. I’ve been thinking of buying an ADS device but I’m not sure which one will last, and is the best. I’ll have to do some research before buying an extender. I personally think they’re all pretty much the same so I might buy one for 60 bucks xD.

Or make one yourself.

Trust me do a search on thunders,there plenty of different devises you can build with way less money involved.I bought a x4 stretcher for 250.00,wish I would of found thunders first.You now how much BEER that is.LOL
