Lol there I fixed it so it should be more clear now!

I’ve spent hours formatting my signature, adding new data, trying to make all the columns line up, but so that it still makes sense and is clear and has all the information I want in it (which is heaps).

It’s really hard! But I think I’m finally happy with it!

Yeah I get a sharp burning/needle-like sensation right at the base (top side) whenever I do fowfers. I think it is just an inevitable skin stretch (in combination with the ligs) but it isn’t all that painful so I allow it.

As far as ball stretching I don’t think it does much but I also do manual ball stretches so its hard to tell what, if anything, has come from fowfers alone.

I’m not kidding about the bundled fowfers either; I’ve been doing them all week and for me, the stretch is way “fuller”. TRY THEM!

Gonna give bundled fowfers a try for a few weeks, will report back with results :)

Interesting technique. Not necessarily one I’d try with so many boners appearing unannounced lately but very interesting.

Hope it works. I spend allot of time in front of the computer and this seems to be a good way to be effective. My concerns about this exercise though is:
1. Doesn’t sitting on your penis force the blood out of it? I dont know but that seems bad.
2. I have a pretty long schlong (8”bp), but a small nut-sack. Is it ok to not put it straight back (in the ass crack) but like 45 degrees left or right?
3. While doing it, I only get a “stetchy” feeling at the base of my penis. I guess that means that its just the skin getting stretched out….Am I doing it right?
4. Over time, wont doing this decrease the sensitivity of the penis?

Note to idiots and self: Dont do this on a non cushioned chair if you have bony cheeks…

1. Don’t worry about it. Take a break every 20 minutes or so. You can go as long as an hour though.

2. I think it’s best to do it at different angles, I find 45 degrees much easier.

3. I get this problem too. Are you circumcised? I’m not, I find I have to roll the skin back, and maybe even do a wrap to hold it before sitting on it, otherwise you’re probably just stretching the skin. It’s hard to tell..

4. No.

It’s also important to combine your fowfers with your routine. I’ve been out of jelqing for about a month now and my FL, my BPEL, and EQ have decreased. :(

Which is why I’m starting up P.E again. I’ll call the past month a deconditioning break :D .
