I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I did move up to 200 jelqs and started to notice some slight pain and discomfort. So, I’ve decided to take a break until I am confident everything is back to normal. I think I will be continuing with just 100 jelqs, even though it doesn’t seem like a lot.

Everything was gong great, but this week things, seemingly at random, began to become not so good. I’m not sure what I did, but something definitely doesn’t feel right. I think I should focus on abstaining from sex and anything PE related, at least for now.

I pretty much have all of the symptoms that something did go wrong: difficulty remaining hard without stimulation; premature ejaculation and a little shrinkage. Not sure what I did as I’ve pretty much been doing the same thing for about a month and only noticed a problem yesterday. Hopefully some time off will get things back to where they were. Unfortunately, this is definitely going to impede the progress I thought I was making. If I try PE again, I might just do 50 jelqs, or something. It’s definitely the jelqing that can be dangerous.

Does anyone have any advice?

A hot bath actually seemed to help. My flaccid gains are still somewhat there. It looked like a slightly larger penis had shriveled up. After the bath and just a few stretches, it became elastic again. I might have to stick to a maximum of 100 jelqs. Does this seem like not enough, though?

I think part of why I don’t notice my erect gains looking down (even though the ruler clearly shows them), is because my flaccid increased even more, and turtles less as well. So instead of going from around 3.75” to 6” NBPEL, it ‘only’ goes from 5” to 6.75” NBPEL.

I know. All I’ve been doing is stretching for 15 minutes and then doing 100 jelqs. Moving up to 200 just seemed like the natural thing to do. I didn’t think anything bad would happen. Anyway, I don’t think I did any serious damage. I always warm up for 20 minutes and take a lot of caution, which was why I was surprised when I got an injury. I will just have to take things slower than most, I suppose. I should be back in the game in a week or two. I was wanting to take a short rest, anyway.

You definitely didn’t do any damage. Had to stick to what worked though.

I am thinking that going from 100 to 200 jelqs from a session to another is too much. Maybe 100 to 120-130 is more appropriate.

Let it heal and start over. Don’t worry. We all made similar mistakes in the begining.

I agree. It actually felt like a pretty big leap. Mathematically, it is double, which is a pretty big leap.

Things are improving significantly, finally. I was starting to get worried. It seems like I’ve maintained most of my flaccid gains. So, I’ll essentially be able to start off right where I left off, but I am going to take it really slow. No more than 25-50 jelqs starting off. I’m going to rest for another week just to be safe.
