Hey man, I too am starting with very similar stats and doing the weight loss thing. As of today I’ve lost 38lbs since March 1, 2012. I started really big in the weight dept at just over 300lbs.
I’m staying aggressive with the weight loss and hope to hit my goal of 180-190lbs by year’s end. And oh yeah losing the weight does wonders for your PE efforts. The more weight I lose the less fat pad I have and consequently the more of my dick I can access to jelq, stretch, and measure. I started PE seriously in April’12 and while I haven’t really noticed much length gained I know I’ve gained some girth and vastly improved my EQ.
Keep up the good work, I feel we’re on very similar tracks. I’ll be watching for your updates amigo! :D

I took some of the advise and did change my routine a bit - 10x 30 sec stretches followed by ~100 jelqs, or until I start to feel a bit fatigued.
However I think I will be taking a minimum few days off PE. While I was jelqing today, I felt a pinching feeling about halfway on my shaft - I figured I had just pinched a bit of skin as it really didn’t hurt, until I changed my grip and felt another pinch in the same spot. This was after a warm up, stretches, and about 15 jelqs. I did feel a vein on that side of the shaft somewhat rigid compared to my others, even while flaccid. So at this point I hope I stopped early enough and don’t have a thrombosed vein.
I suppose I must’ve been gripping too hard, or my switch to a counted vs. Timed jelqing session actually put my dick under a bit too much stress. I don’t believe I grip too hard when jelqing, but after this goes away I’ll be back to it with lower intensity and a lower number of jelqs.
Kind of sucks that I have to stop for now, but safety first I guess. Luckily there’s no pain so I’m not too worried about it.
