Well here goes, this will is going to be a long post just want to get some of my cards on the table, first I would like to say I’m glad I stumbled on too this sight and if I wouldn’t of I’d still be going around in circles.
I’m 57 years old and had a 4.75 BPEL and a 4.50 girth notice the word had a little over four months ago, I know how to measure because I’ve been lurking at this site for some time, three months ago I built my own pump and have been pumping away with no lasting results, no routine just pumping, I figured out not to go to high with pressure real quick, anyway no results.
My wife passed away a little over a year ago and my kids think it would be a good idea to start dating, well that’s where I’m having a problem, my wife a true saint never complained about my size but I always knew things could of been better and just can’t imagine dropping my shorts in front of some one else, I also get enough of buttonbuck (hence my user name) and gerbil dick, stumpy etc. From the guys at work, you see I’m required to shower after every shift, and after twenty years at the plant I’m used to getting looks and smirks from the guys that were at the front of the line when they were handing them out.
Now after just four weeks of PE I’m happy to say things are changing, I’m dedicated to this even more so now then I was in the beginning but I’ve been persistent also. I use to work out the body and started again and lost 24 lbs, and just added PE to my routine, I’ve grown and know it’s not permanent for now, but will be dedicated to PE for as long as it take to reach my goal to just be a little above average 6.5 and whatever girth I pick up on the way, I know it will take a lot of work and I’m ready, what the heck it’s only 1.50 inches.
I measured in the beginning and now a month later I’m 5.1 BPEL and 4.75 girth erect, and for the first time in my life I’m hanging 3.0 flaccid before I was just a head against the fat pad. My only problem is I’m getting some strange looks from the guys in the shower, nobody has said anything yet but I sense they notice a difference especially with the shaved ring at the base of my dick. I really wish I would of taken pictures of starting this, but I didn’t, here’s my routine tell me what you think or any changes I should make. I started the newbie routine with a little twist also don’t want to hurt myself, so I’m very cautious.
10-15 minutes heat pad
5 minutes of light stretches for 30 seconds each, every angle.
5 minutes of jelq very light constant pressure, 30 seconds each (I think I have this down)
10 minutes heat pad
5 minutes light stretches 20 seconds each
50 kegels 5 sec. Each
10 minutes of heat pad
Then at the end of the day before bed
Heat pad for 10 minutes
Pump at 3 Hg for 4 minutes wrap heat pad around tube during all three pumps
Reduce pressure to zero and do 1 minute of 3 second jelqs tube still under vacuum goes to 3-4Hg
10 minute break (messaging during break)
Pump at 4 Hg for 4 minutes
Reduce pressure and same as above , jelqs
10 minute break (message)
Pump at 3 Hg for 4 minutes
Reduce pressure and same as above 1 minute of 3 sec jelqs (this has to be working,WOW!)
Message for a couple minutes
