I just wanted to loose my posting virginity so I thougt the best thing is to write my own spe6cial newbie routine!
At first I started out doing the newbie routine just as told on thunder’s!

But now after roughly 8 weeks I started this routine and just want to hear what you have to say bout it!

7-8 min warmup
12-13 min manual stretch(stretch up, SO,down, v-strech, a-stretch.) 15 sets, 30 sec each
2min warming again
100 jelqs
1 min horses’s440
100jelqs
1 min horse’s440
6-7 min warmdown under hot water!
Kegels throughout the entire excersise

Any good ideas?

I measured 5.9” EL and 5.1”girth when starting, haven’t measured yet to see gains!

It would be worth taking your measurements before you start your own routine, as otherwise if you have made gains, you won’t know which method gave you the gains.

If you find your routine satisfactory, ie. it gives you good stretching sensation Then Go for it. It would be useful to keep records, so that you can evaluate any improvements.

Your routine seems to be reasonable. Except I can’t comment on horses as I have not tried it. But try doing a search if you want other members opinions on it. Warm up and down is Okay - Particularly if you are enjoying it :) But my thoughts are it is longer than necessary for a warm up. It won’t hurt you But don’t keep increasing the heat as you may well exceed the safety level as your penis gets used to it. Always remember your penis feels less heat than your legs, as the heat is transported away more quickly by the blood flowing in it. So there is a danger of scalding.

Horses might be a little intense for a newbie, they aren’t generally recommended. If your erection quality goes down, I’d probably back away from them for now.

But good luck with gains and that elusive 8x6, and welcome to TP.

Yeah I know, but it’s hard to leave the horses’s, because the way my penis expands when I do them gives me so much inspiration, and an idea of how my penis COULD be like! Just love seeing it become such a FAT dick! LOL

Why couldn’t one of those: “gain 3inches in 3 weeks” adds be true:P it would make life so much easier, but thunder’s would go bankrupt:P

Thunder’s is at the edge of bankruptcy on a monthly basis. Wouldn’t effect anything here anyway, we could still argue about what pill works better and why taking the pill at exactly 11:37 AM GMT is the perfect time, etc…..

I’ve heard that pills alone don’t do any good, but some how they make your blood flow better or something like that, so the pills don’t give a bigger penis, but when exercising they can be a big help, so you gain a whole lot faster!

Anyone has any experience they could share about this subject?

Penis pills temporary gives harder erections, that’s all. Waste of money in my opinion. Harder erections can be gained through jelqing and kegels.
