First Month Down and Ready for More

Finished my first month of PE!

Unfortunately, I do not believe I’ve gained at all after seeing measurements. However, someone mentioned to me that it is common to see an increase in EQ throughout the first month, which I indeed did. My flaccid still seems the same though surprisingly. Perhaps gains will shortly follow, I am not deterred.

Currently, my stats read as:

BPEL: 5.85
NBPEL: 5.01
EG: 4.5

My short term goal which I hope to achieve by the end of March is:

BPEL: 6.2
NBPEL: 5.4
EG: 4.7

My current routine for this month is as follows:

Warmup [10 Minutes]
Stretching [10 minutes]
- Stretching Down, Forward, Left, Right, Up and BTC respectively for 30 seconds each

Jelqing [200 Dry Jelqs, 3 ~ 5 seconds each]
- Usually done with a C-grip, with some overhand and OK grip jelqs occasionally
Warmdown [10 Minutes]

Before I take on the next five months with my routine, I was wondering if I could get any advice on how fast or slow I should take my routine following forward. I also want to throw a thanks for all the active members here who make this such an informative and friendly forum

Guy, it’s been one month. I KNOW how much you wanna gain but it takes months upon months, years upon years as it’s really a marathon, not a sprint.

Not trying to discourage you just keeping it real.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

How many days per week are you training?


Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

I understand that, but I’ve seen a lot of gainers in the first month on this site. Any gain, no matter how small, is still something. No worries though. It does not bother me.
