First girth and then length in a daily workout

First girth and then length in a daily workout

I noticed when I do girth and extender work the same day I hang much fatter the next day.
I’m thinking that there might be a difference in gaining and work when we start with girth and end with length.

Tough, I only did the first length then girth workout cause everyone says so.
On the macro scale it makes sense that a thicker dick is harder to stretch but on the micro daily base this doesnt apply that much cause its just about the workload.

Is anyone out there who does both daily and someone who starts with girth(like clamping) and ends with length(like an extender).

I disagree with you, You must stretch first, With stretching your stretching the blood vessels in your penis, And when you jelq after that you push it more to expand, That’s why you need to stretch first, For my point of view, It will be more effective, Forget about hanging issue, When your penis is relax it will hang good, Heat much it will hang good, You need effect for actions right! Not effect for visual only :) do it right, And forget about the visual, Because you need erected penis to mate :D

Trust me, no one wants to prosecute you; but you should apply at least very basic grammar. Words after this ‘.’ require capitalisation, not words next to this ‘,’. or this ‘;’. When you do a small pause in your telling, you write this’,’; when you stop for just a moment in your telling, then go ahead, you write this ‘;’; when you end a sentence, so you take a big pause, you write this ‘.’ and the next word is also written in upper case. So the above post should be:

Well this is new, Because a moderator before told me that I have to use ,., and a capital letter in the first of the quite or exit. So what now? I’m lost like this, should I follow you or him I don’t know.

If it makes you gain then do it. We are all created unequal. Sorry to disagree with Abraham Lincoln. But we must acknowledge the fact that we are a mixed lot of gainers and non-gainers when it comes to just length and girth. Good luck PE’ing.

By the way what are your goals?
