First girth and then length in a daily workout
I noticed when I do girth and extender work the same day I hang much fatter the next day.
I’m thinking that there might be a difference in gaining and work when we start with girth and end with length.
Tough, I only did the first length then girth workout cause everyone says so.
On the macro scale it makes sense that a thicker dick is harder to stretch but on the micro daily base this doesnt apply that much cause its just about the workload.
Is anyone out there who does both daily and someone who starts with girth(like clamping) and ends with length(like an extender).
