Ok, so I’ve been clamping for about 3 months now and the results are bad ass. I don’t like to measure, but I started around 5 and now my dick is very noticeable thicker. Last time I checked it was about 5.2. However, I’ve noticed that while my EQ is usually pretty good, I only get 100% erections when I take a week or two off from PE. During sex I’d say that I’m about 85% erect. Enough to do the job, but not at my hardest. I would like to always be at 100% (or at least 90%) because I’ve noticed that I can bottom my gf out ONLY when I’m 100%. The back of her pussy is literally like .000001 mm away whenever I’m 85% and it frustrates her. My penis is 7.25 in long and I believe that gaining another .25 would fix that problem, but in the mean time, I would like to always have 100% erections. I think I am going to make that my goal more than gaining girth or length.

This is my routine - 1 day on 1 day off (weekends completely off)
5 min warm up (either heating pad or shower)
10 mins of jelqs
3x10 min clamp sessions (I usually edge and do horse squeezes or plumed bends while clamping)
Shower / heating pad

1 - What are your erection levels when you’re having sex? These are mine
First starting - 80%
“Warmed up” - 85% - 88%
About to cum - 95% ( I usually make her cum at this point)
Cumming - 100%
Post cum - 60% (Luckily I recover pretty quickly)
The hardest I get after that - 85%

2n - After your PE sessions, are you able to get 100% erections? I’m not able to most of the time because my dick is super fatigued yet hangs low and fat. However, I believe this is what you want, correct? It turtles SOMETIMES. It never turtles right after a session; maybe like an hour or two later.

3 - I am thinking about trying to clamp for 3x5 min sessions to see how that affects my dick. For the clampers that read this, is 5 mins actually effective? It doesn’t seem like it would do too much, but I am willing to try.
