I don’t know about you guys but when I try to get an erection, it’s smaller and won’t go into full size.it it because of the jelqing? I just did jelqing for only 3 days and I’m new.

Take 2 days off and remeasure.

Same thing happened to me before I found Thunders and read the information about P.I.s

As much as I wanted to really work it hard, I just simply had to take days off.

Two days on, one day off, maybe two days off seems to work for most when starting.

Hey, just a heads up, make sure to punctuate your posts properly. :)

As far as your dick is concerned: my best guess is you are jelqing way too hard. The idea is to use moderate force, from what you’re saying you are using too much force. That’s my best guess anyway. Either that or the PE added to your sex/masturbation schedule is proving to be too much. It shouldn’t be, though, that’s why I suspect too much force.

Take a break for three days or so (from PE, sex, and masturbating). Maybe just use a heating pad on it at night before you go to bed. Give yourself time to get back to normal. When you start getting morning wood again, you can resume PE.

Really follow the newbie routine. Do NOT skip the warm-up. In fact, if you can, do the warm up for a little longer than five minutes and see if you can’t keep it warm throughout. Microwaveable “moist heat” pads are the best. You can get them at a CVS or make one out of rice and a pair of socks (search on “rice sock” for instructions).

When stretching pull it to just before a painful stretch and hold for 30 seconds, breathing into the stretch.
Do this in all directions. It should not hurt, it should feel like a good stretch, just below the threshold of discomfort.

When jelqing use mild to moderate force. Do not squeeze the life out of it. Steady pressure for a three second base-to-glans jelq.

Don’t forget to Kegel after you workout. It is key. You do these without an erection. You just flex and hold for five seconds the same muscle you use to stop a stream of urine. Do 50 at least, everyday.

You can do the Kegels even when your dick is unresponsive; it should help.

I’m not really sure on how to do the stretching and kegels part.

I have been doing PE for about two weeks. Is the kegel part recommended because I never do this?

If you do the kegels like they should be done, you will most likely see an increase of EQ and erections throughout the day.

Don’t kegel too hard and too much though, I have done it and lost a bit of my EQ and random erections.

How do you Kegel though? Is it the think you do when you are trying to make your penis come out more or the technique used to hold your bladder? I just need to know because I am unsure.

Well I think the 2 ways you mentioned are the same? To know how a kegel feels like, the best way to know is to take a piss, and hold it for a second or two/three, then continue pissing. When you don’t have to take a leak and you do a kegel, your penis tends to ‘come out more’ or perhaps it’s more like ‘getting back inside - a little bit’.
