You could maybe speculate if you see discoloration that looks like it may have been caused by PE, but you can never say for sure because some people have weird natural discoloration. I could be totally wrong here, but if you look at most porn stars, their cocks are unusually fat and some are really veiny. This cannot be coincidence that the all are plump. Just to be clear, I wasn’t trying to give you advice. There is a lot of ED medications being used in porn, and that lends to the super hard, super veiny erections you see. More so than pumping I would guess. Pumping tends to pull fluid to the surface, giving a less vascular, “plumped up” look. When I see a hard on in porn with that sort of “roadmap” look of veins all over it, I just assume it is from Viagra.
