Edging and the benefits to PE? Is there any?

Very nice! The girth results that you are seeing from this technique do fit the results you should see from edging and it really works. Adding a pumping routine to your daily activity will really get you where you want to be. Remember though, it is good to release at some points in time as there can be negative effects in the long run to how intense your orgasm can be. It can effect how strong or weak you orgasm feels and extended edging periods can actually make your next release weaker then normal. Something to keep in mind.

Dangggg, just started out porn has been my method to edge but also caused me at times to blow my load. Guess it’s back to my imagination lol

100% just blew my load again. It harder to do, damn near impossible when using your imagination or a real person. I will just follow the rules because this happened the last 3 edge sessions. I made it 2 times today but I had to click on another video that took me all the way SMH

Quick question. If edging is such an important part of any PE routine, why isn’t it mentioned in The Newbie Routine? I understand kegels are similar but they are certainly not the same as edging.
