I’ve actually had this pain, for the first time, just yesterday, even after 2 months of PEIng, ironically!. Though I believe mine was because of some hanging and stretching or sitting for too long on the ground while doing it, not sure.
But you should be fine, like bggrsbttr said, take a break for a day or two. For me its my break today anyhow, but I feel fine and actually forgot until I just read this thread!. My suggestion is give it a rest for a day or two, if you still feel pain or discomfort then plan on taking some more rest days, but I doubt its anything serious. Just take it easy next time and make sure to do warms up properly and proper stretching.
