Does stopping for a month negate all the progress?

Does stopping for a month negate all the progress?

I’ve been working through the newbie routine for the last week. I live with my family, and I have my own room so I can do it in the evening. During the summer I’ll be off to vacation for a month and I won’t have my own room and I probably won’t have a chance to do the routine. I read that the best growth most often occurs a couple months after starting. I could do PE from now to early July but then I wouldn’t be able to do it till mid August. I’m just wondering how much this pause would affect my progress because if it completely negates it I might as well not do PE until mid August. What do you guys think? Thanks.

I would say 3 months is a good timeframe to follow a dedicate routine. If you do it right you will get lots of feedback from your body you can build opon.

Also any progress can be conservated somewhat with short daily manuals like piss pulls. Meaning even if you stretch for 5 * 1 minute daily it will help maintaining progress somewhat.

Progress comes in many forms , in the next three months you will learn a lot about yourself , from dedication to patience , and a greater knowledge of your penis, how to properly jelq, rest days and so on. All which can’t be taken away on your month off. So stick with the routine and you will be glad you did. Hope this helps.

Yes perform PE for the next 3 months. Then while on vacation just stretch in the shower and when you use the bathroom. Once vacation is over get back into a full routine

Just jelq in the shower and stretch during bathroom breaks.

I did a month of PE gained 0.625inches then stopped for two weeks because I never had time and lost 0.375 very frustrating as now gains are seeming harder to come

I can’t see personally how this makes any sense. How on earth does one lose almost a half inch of penis length in two weeks? This must be a matter simply of changes in erectile function, rather than of changes in tissue.

STARTING STATS - 02/02/2015: BPEL 7.6 --- MEG 5.25 --- 5.25" with semi erection; but 5.16 MEG with 100% boner; BEG 5.47

CURRENT - 13/03/2015: I had to check a few times, but I'm pretty sure I got a genuine BPEL 7.8!! Will check girth again in a couple of weeks

GOAL: BPEL 8.50 --- MEG 5.5 --- BRING IT ON! (I've revised my goals for the time being; maybe I was being too ambitious too early on)

Probably it was just elastic expansion he created which didnt cement and reverted back.

Is there a way to recreate this elastic expansion or do I have to start again from where I am because gains are seeming hard to come by

I’m guessing this was not a simple manual stretching/jelqing scenario. Bit of pumping or something?

I think it might actually have a positive effect in the long run. Concentrate on your routine for the next three months and afterwards you’ll figure out how to continue.

I am not a PE expert. I had been doing it for three months and gained around 0.6’. Now, more than a year later, 0.5’ from the progress are still here.
