I’m sure most of them are naturally big, and then possibly PE to get even bigger. Some might even be average and then PE and become porn stars. But however they got their big dicks I’m sure that they do exercises like kegels and probably jelqing and stretching too just to keep everything in shape.

Alot of porn stars are naturally big. And a lot of PE’ers on this site won’t admit it. But some people are just born with big dicks. I have a friend that was born with a 12” dick. I’m sure a lot of the porn stars are naturaly big too.
