Deep Breath...Ready to go!

Hi there everyone!

I’m hoping to do regular posts to this forum, from now on as I feel I owe something for all the information I have gained. What a brilliant forum, I have spent months reading all the threads and the people here are all so supportive, I have gained the courage to finally take the plunge myself.

I have decided to do this because obviously, I am not happy with my size (5.5 BPEL X 4.3EG). I have always been ashamed of my size and avoided taking showers at schools etc.

Being on the small side is bad enough, but I also have a SEVERE curve to the left side and this has prevented me from experiencing sex for a long time ( I’m 22 now, I lost it at 17).

Amazingly, when I did finally lose my virginity, I found that my curve had its advantages, as it seems to hit the right places inside :-)

About a year ago, I discovered PE, on a site called Penis-Enlargement-Guide. It was a paysite, and it is still around and contains some useful information (mixed with BS). Anyway, I paid my money and got to learn about Kegals. These exercises have been of great benefit to me and I have gone from lasting 30 mins to 2 and a half hours in the sack. The paysite site is crap for support and has no forum.

I have been with my current girlfriend for 3 years and I am very lucky that she has a small vagina. We have great sex, and she always multiples during sex….but there is a problem: I am not her first boyfriend and am probably the smallest she has had. She always tells me that she never orgasmed before me, and I do believe her but that is because I can last a long time, not because of my (lack of) size.

What really bugs me, is the fact that she had a boyfriend that she didnt enjoy sex with because he was too big. That really hurts me inside, to this day :-(

I know that she receives more pleasure from my small tool, but just the fact that she was not able to handle this other guy makes me feel so bad about myself.

We have decided to give sex a rest for a couple of months, as we both have final exams coming up….I’m going to take this opportunity to make some gains and surprise her. I hope with all my heart this works, guys, wish me luck!

Thanks for your sincere post. Many of us have had such similar experiences as you in our lives, i.e. avoidance of gym showers, insecurities at public urinals… The great news is that PE does indeed work. It doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right techniques (found on this Forum), commitment, patience and a positive attitude, this life-changing experience is in one’s reach. You seem to have a good girlfriend there. Try not to let your own insecurities about her previous boyfriends get in the way of your healthy sexual relationship. Best of luck to you in your PE journey and also on your finals!

And you will. Thanks you for your story. I think it’s guys like you who really make me happy to be part of these forums. Most of the guys who get into PE come with basically the same equipment…It’s up to you how you will leave this place but I can tell you you are in the best forum on the net and the support here WILL BLOW YOUR MIND…Start a journal, I think this is the best way to get advise and support on your program. I’d like to thank you both for the warm welcome. I have made a start on my quest at last, having also gone and purchased the supplements: L-arginine, zinc and some multi-vitamins.

I shall start with the newbie routine and see if I experience any gains in the first month and take things from there.

Unfortuantely, I dont have a lot of privacy, and this mixed with my studies leaves me with little time to do the exercises. However, my protracted morning shower gives me the chance to do the basics.

I shall post my gains, if any, in one month.

Pez, welcome. I started about the same size as you. (5.5 bpel, 4.5 girth) I also came from a pay site to here. I started the newbie routine in Jan, after a couple weeks with the pay site exercises.

Haven’t measured in a couple weeks, but the last time I did, I was 5.75, even hitting 6 when it got really hard. That was the first time in my life my penis ever got anywhere near the 6-inch mark on a ruler. And believe me, I have tried every possible way to measure it in my life to get to the ‘average’ 6.5 or so. Now I just do a simple bpel method to keep it consistent.

Just a few tips from my newbie perspective and experience.

Don’t rush this. I initially tried 5 days on/ 2 off, but ended up having to take a week off because of a really sore penis. After that I tried the 5 days again — doh!!! Another week or so rest. When I started again, I decided to do 1 on/1off. Did that for a week and it worked fine. Then tried 2 on/1 off. Been doing that since the middle of Jan. Doing the max of the newbie routine right now. I’ll probably do that until the end of Mar and then start incorporating some other exersizes.

There will be times, especially in the beginning, when your erections may not be as hard as normal. I found this to be just a result of your penis getting used to the excersizes. It shouldn’t last for more than a week or two. But do pay attention to what your penis tells you. Of course, you’re going to feel some soreness, but there shouldn’t be intense pain. If so, back off a little, take a few days rest.

Read, read, read. These forums are a source of lots of info. I come here first thing in the morning and then when I get home from work.

This was me from Dec 02 till Feb 03. On/off due to pushing it too hard.

Thanks for the advice and words of encouragement!

I have started the newbie routine, but have come across a couple of problems:

My stretches are fine ( and the tingle felt when holding the stretch is soothed when I put a jet of warm water directly on it).

As I said earlier, privacy is an issue for me, I have very little of it. And my PE session is carried out mainly in the shower and when in bed.

I don’t have a tv/computer in my room, so cannot access any pornography, to keep my erections for the jelq session: I need some visual stimulation to keep myself erect.

This is not a major issue now as I am going to concentrate mainly on length, and from what I have read (elastic effect?), it is easier to attain gains in length with less girth. So I shall work on girth after some length gains.

Another problem is measurement: Due to the extreme curve on my penis, a consistent measured erect length is difficult. So I shall be recording and mainly monitoring BP flacid stretched length, as IMO this varies a lot less then BPFL.

I shall keep everyone posted on any developments (pun not intended).

I too started earlier this week and i must say, even if i gain ½ an inch, I can say that I will leave a better person because of forums like this. Its an incredible thing to know that there are people here who are jsut as concerned, if not, more than I, to do this.

The feedback and comments are a sweet deal and we’re in this together.

I just hope that i can reach the 8” mark. And if i do, than i shall continue.

Hi Pez, welcome. I am the same way about jelqing, and am very stealth concious about my PE. Have you considered doing AI stretches, or other minni stretching wourkout through out the day? Every time I use the bathroom, change, commute, etc I stretch it for a few minutes.

Thanks for the welcome.

I’m just letting my penis get used to all the new forces being exerted on it. I shall be adding the AI stretch to my routine, thanks for the advice.

I wake up in the morning and and do my routine:
5 min warm up (shower)
Manual stretch: 5X60secs
DLD blasters: 1 set of 10 (going to increase to 5 sets over time)

I repeat the same routine before going to sleep, sometimes adding 200 jelqs.

I have to say that the DLD blasters look very promising: There is a DEFINITE
increase in BPFSL of 1/4 inch, with respect to before and after the work out.
I just hope I can cement these gains over the next couple of weeks. Hopefully they will be translated to BPEL.

Anyway, I’m in this for the long term, and by what I’ve read, most people seem to equal out their BPFSL and BPEL over a period of time.

Exciting times indeed!

The newbie routine is a great start. For me if I don’t get good erections I am doing to much, but also I need that temporary pumped up feeling that I know I making it a little more bigger.

Everyone will respond differently, adjust your routine, get familar with that worked out feeling (no overworked or pain). You should see something within a month.

I highly recommend The Arginine Solution Robert Fried, Ph.D. and Woodson C. Merrell, M.D. A very scholarly book. I’m on my 5th kilo of L-Arginine from http://kilosports.com/ a lot less expensive than buying capsules.

Buying bulk is so much less expensive than capsules…1/4th tsp = 1 gram. I take ~4 gms/dy….very user friendly…I sprinkle 1/4th tsp on honey/orange marmalade on an English muffin, on top of a pizza, into soup, etc. I have a Cap-M-Kwik apparatus for making 500 and 1000 mg gel capsules….I’ll make up some Maca capsules to take with when I go out to dine.

I’ve been taking Maca for ~10 dys.

I failed to comment on your zinc supplementation…ideally copper needs to be combined with zinc.

I supplement with Jarrow Formulas Zinc Balance. Each capsule contains 15 mg zinc and 1 mg copper.

Zinc is also essential for maintain ejaculate volume…the old adage that “oysters put lead in your pencil” is true…of all the food on the planet, oysters have highest zinc concentration.

There are multi-vitamins that contain both zinc and copper.
