Deadlifts and squats?

Deadlifts and squats help increase natural hormones and testostorone in the body? I do these at regular basis,will this help me in PE?

I think that generally being healthy, having a good blood flow and having a good balance of hormones is likely to help. I certainly think that yoga helps (which is lucky because I’m into yoga).
