I have been searching around the website and I have noticed that there are many theories that ain’t active or are just completely lost. Now does anybody know what theories people should stay away from? what theories out there have been proven false, or have shown to not work at all?

It is My opinion that what works for You, might not work at all for someone else. If it worked I would have a 2 ft long unit!

Okay then, what are some of the theories that have shown many improvements and gains?

“No matter whatever advanced routine you follow (hang, pump, clamp, etc), the newbie routine (stretching + jelqing) should be present there throughout all your PE journey” theory shown many improvements and gains. Actually it’s beyond a theory. A fact.

Do the newbie routine, the most people get gains from that, so am I.
