I’m new to this forumn. I’m doing PE at the moment and I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.


3min warm wrap
5min stretches
5min Jelq
5min Vstretch
4 min Jelq and hold

1 day on 1 day off (for 4weeks)

I really want to have a 7.5” penis and I’m Currently on 5.6”.

I would like length and girth (mostly length though).

I also smoked but I’m giving up as I can see it affects the penis (less blood flow to the penis).

Can anyone suggets an appropriate rotuine? Also which is more effecteive inverted v strech or just v-stretch?

Well nothing wrong with that if you are getting good physiological indicators (PI). Do a search on them. Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the newbie routine either, which many have gained on which recommends a 2 day on 1 day off approach at most. for about 3 months before you even consider more.

Other than that, kegels are good, and also warming down. You might enjoy edging as well.

Giving up the smoking is one of the best things you can ever do, let alone for PE. General healthy eating and physical exercise will always do you no harm.

As for v-stretch and inverted ones, I can’t help you as I gained from just stretching and jelqing.

Ah, hadn’t noticed kegels had already been advised

That’s a nice routine there,a very easy going routine.
Not too hard maybe over 3 months you might want to upgrade it a tad.

Maybe set your goals in stages? Like get to 6 BPEL first then move onto 6.5 BPEL.
