Could this potentially be more effective
I’m always looking to improve my routine and make it the best that I can, and of coarse, without overdoing it. After my shower warmup, my routine consists of about 15 to 20 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes jelqing, and 5x15sec horse squeezes. I am mainly going for length. I was thinking though, what if I split my stretching time in half, and do half before jelqing and the other half after? Do you think this could promote better gains?
