I’m always looking to improve my routine and make it the best that I can, and of coarse, without overdoing it. After my shower warmup, my routine consists of about 15 to 20 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes jelqing, and 5x15sec horse squeezes. I am mainly going for length. I was thinking though, what if I split my stretching time in half, and do half before jelqing and the other half after? Do you think this could promote better gains?

Hmmm, well that IS a lot of stretch time , it would probably be a good idea to split it in half.

I think 20 minutes stretching is optimal time once you have slowly worked up to it. Do your jelqs after or as a PM session later in the day. No need to split between jelqs in my opinion.

20 minutes of stretching is feasible in environments where the heat does not fade too fast.

But I would like to recommend some intermediate heating before the jelqing starts, as you are doing some intense exercises with the horse squeezes.

And do you warm-down too?
