Hi all!

How many time do you use cock ring after your routine?
Also increase base girth?

I almost always do after my routine, my routine is usually 4-5 days a week but lately it’s been sporadic because of life.

I can’t say it’s given me base gains but I have gained a lot of girth in my mid shaft.

I’ve always been pretty skeptical about cock rings because some user claimed to have problems. I guess they would use it too long or without being conditioned

Using a cock ring can be pretty damn rigorous, so it might not be a good thing for a less conditioned cock.

I use black rubber rings that are found at Home Depot in the faucet repair section. I would highly recommend against using a solid material ring, like plastic or especially metal. I’ve used a steel ring before, and got freaked out one time when I found out difficult to remove and my dick was turning dark. You always want something you can pull off quickly in any kind of emergency.

After using rings for years, my dick is conditioned to the point where I can legal it up to maximum pressure, and keep it there for 20+ minutes. My dick is thoroughly conditioned at this point though, and I would of course recommend that new users start easy. Don’t let it get darker than purple, and stop for a few days if you burst a capillary or bruise.

I have not but again metal scares me.

They seem to have a clip which slides in to give you the quick release as well as being able to adjust to a tightness one prefers. Also they have different ones as in one around the shaft and scrotum one around the base of the shaft and another around the base of the glan to give one a mushroom head. I’ve been tempted but never bought.

Those myhardwear ones look pretty cool. I’m going to get one if shipping to Australia isn’t stupidly expensive.

They are expensive in the first place so hope shipping is to pricey?

Is there a specific formula as to what size you should use to remain safe? I’m concerned about going too tight and cutting off the blood flow too much causing the tissue to die.

For me it’s been a process of elimination, I use rubber or silicone only. actually I prefer rubber as silicone seems to break fast. I’ve spent a bit of money trying to find the right size and fit I say fit because some have more “give” then others. I suggest shopping around but first figure out what your goals are. Is it just for sex or a combination of sex and PE or just PE? That’s what I would figure out first.
