Are there any benefits of wearing a cock ring for a certain period of time? Are there also disadvantages?

I personally think that a cock ring does not help to increase your size. CR are excellent adds for male-sex, because it increase your blood pressure, so your cock will be for longer time erected. However, I know that some members use cock rings to do PE.

Search ADC or all day cock rings. I have been using a soft fabric elastic band all day for about a week now. Flaccid stays plump and long, I take breaks every hour or so to let the blood flow, jelq a bit and put the band back on. So far no gains to talk about (too early I guess) but along with my normal routine I have notice my flaccid hang has increased ….plus even without the band and turtle mode has now become larger. I also tried Sex with the band on!!! Wow I felt big. When I started the band was too tight and would cause bruising on my shaft and my dick would get slightly purple, so I stretched it out to make it more lose. So far all good…loving the bigger bludge in my pants I have these days!!! If more experienced guys who have done this can chime in I would be interested to see what they have to say on this type of method. Thanks
