Cock ring questions

How would wearing a cock ring for say 12 hours help girth. Do you get hard then put it on. I’m assuming its like clamping but for longer periods of time. Also can it help length?

Well it may do a good deal of restricting circulation which would lead to tissue anoxia which would then cause tissue necrosis. In other words restricting circulation like that would hurt your penis. How long could you keep an inflated blood pressure cuff on before you lost feeling in your fingers?

In my opinion long wearing of the cock ring would help only the flaccid girth and length. Since you are not reaching the maximum expansion, makes hard to believe that using cock ring at a flaccid penis could promote erect gains.

Either flaccid or erect, cock ring will be clamping the blood at the veins level. Recommendation is to clamp for 10 minutes tops. Beyond this, careful!

I believe the idea surrounding the cock ring usage while flaccid is: to get a cock ring size that will clamp “partially” the outflow, just to get a light “expansion/chub”. Even here, penis has to be checked each 10 minutes.

You say might only help in flaccid girth and length….if that is true….aren’t any gains good? Wouldn’t any type of gain stack upon each other and eventually lead to EG and EL gains? Of course it would be slow and would have to be done in conjunction with a solid PE routine….but every bit counts right? Just thinking out aloud here, currently using an All day cock ring….flaccid hang is most awesome , fat and long….no permenant gains yet I think….turtle mode seems bigger though….but I hardly see turtle mode much these days so it’s hard to tell. Truly no idea if ADC will help in gains but at this point I really feel like it’s working

Also use two types of ADC a tighter one during the day, which I check on every few hours and a looser one I can pee and sleep with on.

If leads to EG and/or EL gains, we have to track progress of those that did it for a considerable amount of time and analize the data.

Sure, gains are gains and will always be welcome. Never used cock ring before, so all that was just my humble opinion.

Always focused my mind around “erect” state, maybe that is why I did not messed up with ADC.

Thanks Lenny, I do sleep with it on….even fully erect it doesn’t purple up or anything so far a week of sleeping with it no issues…. Of course it’s the looser one. No idea if it will bear fruit, have a gut feeling just going with it!!!
