I haven’t started clamping yet. It sounds a bit dangerous to me. Is it?

It isn’t for newbies. Best stick with the newbie routine for a while to condition you dick before clamping. Do some searching on clamping for more information.

Clamping is amazing but don’t do it untill you’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 months.

Probably anything done to excess or without adequate knowledge can be dangerous. The two most popular threads on the subject, Clamping 101 and Everything You Wanted To Know, can be found by using the search button (top right of every page). As others have said, it’s not for someone new to PE. Do the newbie routine (link at the top of the Newbie Forum main page) for six to eight weeks before you try it.

Everythung we do here as far as PEing goes is dangerous if not done properly and with caution. Educate yourself before trying any new exercise.

Also make sure you warm up, at first like other newbies I thought it was hassle and would get right into the routine. I noticed once I started warming up, I would get far less broken blood vessels on my penis then before so obviously it helps.

I don’t clamp so I don’t claim to be an expert on it, so I welcome clampers to respond. To me it would be expediant to warm up, stretch,jelq before the clamp is applied. Maybe this method would reduce the risk of injury.

I have been clamping on and off for a month now so I’m also no expert but my penis does seem to respond better to clamping after I have jelqed etc..
Then going straight from stretching to clamping. (I Always stretch no matter what I’m doing it’s my staple of PEing)

I’ve been clamping for a few months with pretty great results and I have to validate the above. I used the mix up days of just stretching/jelqing and some of just clamping, but I noticed my penis is much plumper for a longer time when I clamp after I jelq. Beware though, that is some intense girth work and makes it much harder to gain length.


Starting BPEL and EG 7 x 5 as of 3/30/07. I'm sure it's bigger now but I'll measure after this tub of vaseline is empty =)....as of 6/10/07 BPEL 7.25 and EG of 5.6 GOAL: 8 x 6.5...I'm on my way.
