I don’t really know if this is a newbie question but I have been slacking on PE hella (2 years). Before stopping, I was doing it pretty consistently for about the same amount of time. I am concerned that if I start hanging and clamping to start up again, I might injure the wang. Any elders out there that can recommend the best plan?


I slacked off for a year or so. When I got back into it I started clamping and got a huge knot on top of my johnson.

After 6 weeks of watching over it and taking care of it, I could finally start back on the newbie routine. lol.

However, I was since then, able to go back to clamping (and much sooner than the first time I started.

Started: BP 7.1" x 5" MSEG

Now: BP 8 3/16" x 5 1/4" MSEG , 6 1/16" BG (4/29/09)

Goal: BP 9" x 6" MSEG

After any longer decon, back onto the newbie routine for 2-3 months.

Safest approach in my view.

01/08/07: 5.75" BPEL, 5.25" EG ::: 26/05/10: 7.3" BPEL, 5.4" MSEG, [My Progress Pics] - [My Routine]

Where can I buy a clamp? Because I live in brazil and I don’t find it.

After such a long break it might be worth seeing if you can get newbie type gains again. I’m not sure if clamping would interfere with that but I’d imagine you could use at least a little conditioning before getting back in to clamping.
