I have similar problem because I also have turkey neck (just a mild case, luckily). Try to find just the right amount of skin to pull up so you don’t catch scrotal skin in the clamp.

It’s a great idea to keep full erection, but I can’t see it happening on a regular basis because we’d have to have sex after that and I don’t like coming after a PE session for at least few hours.

You’ll probably get more/better replies if you ask that question in BG’s clamping thread. I’m working my way up from 3 x 5 minutes to 3 x 10 minutes, 3 times a week and we’ll see how it goes from there. If I need to do it more frequently, I will. But right now there’s no need because I’m still adjusting to clamping.

Maybe if you use a cock ring relatively soon after clamping that would almost be as good and you could have full sex with it.

Two or three times a day is definitely enough. I think three times might be too much in the beginning….listen to your dick.

Nah, I’ll just wait for permanent results. :) I don’t want or need any extra gadgets for sex. My girlfriend suggested that only out of curiosity because I told her I started clamping recently, not because she wants more girth on a regular basis (unnatural, at least).
