Choosing a cylinder

Choosing a cylinder

I’m 5.5 inches thick mid shaft, but only 5.3 inches at the base.. What diameter cylinder would be most appropriate? I guess my biggest possible girth goal would be 7 inches.. Would it be permissible to get a cylinder right at the start that can accommodate that final girth?

Hello! I am a pumping newbie but I have your exact measurements, only the other way around…5.5” at the base and 5.3” mid shaft. The veterans recommended a 2” cylinder and a 2.25” cylinder. I bought the 2” cylinder and it fits just right!

I pack the bottom 1.5” of the cylinder but still have plenty room to grow from there on up.

Anyway, the veterans will probably chime in soon.

By the way; Pumping rocks!

2” should do the trick. If you get up to 6.3” girth, I’m sure you won’t mind getting another cylinder.

A 2.25” cylinder will be difficult to use without loads of skin (and possibly testes (ouch (nested parentheses are annoying))) getting sucked into the tube.

Pumping gave me about 1/4” base girth. To put things in perspective, I haven’t gained more than 1/4” girth anywhere.

And, of course, peforeal gained something silly like 2.5” base girth from mainly pumping.

So, I’m sure your base will catch up to midshaft.

The 2” cylinder would probably be your best bet. Don’t go bigger, or you’ll feel real frustrated with the slow process in packing or have the tendency to get your balls sucked into the tube under pressure.

Forum Guidelines PAST: 5.25"L x 4.75"G (base),EBP (January 2001) / PRESENT: 7.50"L x 7.00G (base),EBP It doesn't happen overnight! Commitment! Focus! Patience!/ Main Routine = Pumping/Jelqing/clamping + Homedic TheraP or ACE Wrap TheraP or ACE Wrap

Is it not possible to line the inside of the opening of the tube with tape or something similar to make the base seal work with my measurements (on a 2.25” cylinder)? Shipping to where I live is very costly as they simply won’t use ships.. First class international courier delivery is the only thing available, ironically. Basically I would like to get the 2.25” cylinder so I never have to purchase one again, is it too impractical when your just not ready for it?

The 2” will last you for years and will be much more comfortable to work with. If you buy the 2.25 it is likely you will find it is too much hassle to work with and end up buying the 2.0 and then you have bought 2 cylinders.

Thanks for the advice, you’ve sold me on the 2” :)

Hello babbis,
even if you are not a real “vet” I consider you as a big expert .

I have to thank gprent for his explanations but as I have just ordered my Lapdist deluxe kit 9” x 2” I want to put you a question.

I have now your Top BPEL, little more than 7”, 5.2 girth MS and 5.5 at the base, but my glans during the clamping and before ejaculation is 2.2” large.

Have I done a mistake to take a 2” for glans reasons ?
