Can You please Recommend An Extender Device?

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently looking for an extender device, but can’t seems to find any. I only found one on eBay ,but its really cheap, and I’m a bit worried about buying a cheap device, what do you guys think?

Also, are extenders good for increasing girth?

First, using an extender is not easy and very uncomfortable.
(even more difficult to use for uncircumcised penis)
Clinical studies for the top 4 extenders (sizegenics,penimaster,jes,4Xlab)
show an increase in "perm" length of up to 30 to 40% but, hardly any gains at all when time is less than 1 or 2 hours a day.
You have to use it at least 4-8 hours (or +) a day for a long time.

You can buy an extender to improvise somehow, or to create a pulley system.
