Calling veterans and big gainers
If you already have increased your penis by at least 1 * 1 inches, how would you start over if you were a newbie (but with your knowledge)? Let’s say you already had done the newbie program for 3-6 months (done with that so to speak), what would be your next program now when you have conditioned your unit?
Specifically please also give your thoughts on:
- work-rest ratio (2 on 1 off etc)
- length first or aiming for symmetric growth?
- best exercises for length and girth (all day extender and clamping?)
- When to use decon breaks
- Other tips?
