Caffeine And EQ
I have been doing more in my life to eat better, be more active, PE and also weightlifting. My EQ is still not the same though. Improving, but there may be some psychological barriers there I may need to overcome. Anyway, been having good PE sessions lately and doing my program consistently, but this past weekend I experienced a drop in EQ. I know it wasn’t from PE, so I had to look back into anything I was doing different. I’ve been a little more tired lately and starting having rockstar energy drinks at work. That turned into another after work. This past weekend I had maybe 3 on Saturday and that night I could get an erection during sex, but it quickly went away and was hard to get back. I didn’t really put it together at that point until Monday when I really thought about it. All day yesterday I avoided caffeine and drank lots of water (my morning PE session was cut short due to poor EQ also). Today I feel better and that my EQ has improved. Not where it was, but better.
