Buddy system

I am also relatively new to PE and was wondering if a buddy system similar to that of a gym buddy system will work in PE? A while back when I wanted to train, a fellow worker and I went to the gym together for certain days a week. This kept us motivated and the reaching of our individual goals was much easier. In PE perhaps such a system could also help with motivation, knowledge and PE experiences sharing. Any thoughts on this will be welcome!

There have been a few people here that I’ve seen that have attempted this, but I’m not sure to what success… Best of luck though!

Go get a notepad or book and Keep a log on everything you do everyday and help others on here or ask questions it’s a great way to stay motivated.Msg me if you like..im not a newbie but if it helps ill would like to try.

In our progress thread me and GBalls have started the buddy system! Hopefully it works out. I have to go to the gym with my cousin because it keeps us both motivated. Hope its the same for P.E.
