As I stated in my prior posts; I discovered Thunders after I bought an x4 extender off E-Bay 13 months ago. I was skeptical of PE, but thought I’d give it a try. I started just wearing an extender 3 hours/day 6 days a week. I read about stretching/ jelqing from Thunders and started doing the newbie routine as well, but could not join the site until September as it was closed to new members. I bought a vac-hanger, which I attach to a bowflex machine, and in December bought a pump, and started using the autoxleeve.

My current routine is wear the extender for 3 hours in am. afterwards I do 1 hour of jelqing/ pumping. 10minutes of jelqing alternating with 10 minutes of pumping at 5mm Hg. I then wear the blue autoxleeve with the embedded weight (5.5oz or 11 oz) for the rest of the day. I use the vac hanger about 2 hours/week as well.

I’ve never gained much more than 1/8 inch in a month; but conversely, I’ve never gained much less. I do have tons of pictures of my cock pre PE. unfortunately, I cant post them, as theres usually my wifes mouth, tits or pussy close by. I do have something even better however. We bought a clone a willy “make an exact replica” of your penis kit. We used this last year pre PE.. At some point I’ll post a comparison pic with my replica next to me.

I think time wise the stretching/ jelqing is responsible for most of my gains, but feel the extender helped a lot; and the autoxleeve for the flaccid gains. I plan on going on till I hit 9 BPEL or 8 NBPEL or my wife taps out; whichever comes first.

Well you could just blacken the parts where your wife is on…it would make your gains more believable…

Without that you will maybe be a fake for a part of the users…


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

People on this site claim incredible gains.. the guy right below your statement stated he gained .6 inches in his first month. There are people who claim 1 inch in 3 months and that they only PE 15 minutes every other day to get this. I think that a lot if not most or even all of these outrageous posts are false,

My claim; which is backed up by my history of posts here over the last 10 months, and my progress log, which carefully logs this, is that:
1. I have dedicated an enormous amount of time and effort to PE.
2. I have spent an enormous amount of research analyzing the people who gained well.
3. Despite spending over 4 hours a day actually doing PE and than wearing an ADS for the next 10 hours 6 days a week, I HAVE NEVER GAINED more than 1/8 inch in a month.
4. the end result of this is that 13 months of incredible effort at 1/8 inch a month should be 13 x 1/8 = 13/8 = 1 5/8. This is more than I’m claiming. My workout is visible under my stats for all to see.

What part of hardwork and dedication do you find unbelievable?????. A guy here recently stated that he had; through several years work, gained a total of 2 inches. Is he unbelievable too?.

I am planning on posting pics at some point. I have taken quite a few pics. These are pretty blurry, and I’m not sure how to download them.

I am also sure that someone like yourself will find fault. “this is photo-shopped or theres no good before pics” the ruler is not held straight.

My point in posting here is not to try to appease people who will refuse to believe. my gains are not exemplary, given the enormous hours I have put in. My only point in posting is to provide inspiration to the countless people here that hardwork and persistence does pay off. That it is worth the effort.

I’m finding this to be the key. I’ve gained a little, but after the first few months, I seem to have hit a wall, I hope I have a breakthrough soon.

I wanted to do that too when I was just beginning PE :)

Congrats toobsnake, I think your gains are perfectly legitimate, and I believe a very select few would doubt that they are achievable within a year. I’ve gained 1,2” BPEL and 0,3” mg my first year myself (working on the girth now, and I think things are happening).

Basically, from poring over these posts (while wearing my extender); and looking at only the posts from people who have continued to experience gains. ( not these people who post twice say they gained an inch in 3 months and than are never heard from again.) it seems that:
1. gains are directly related to effort; the more hours you devote, the bigger gains you’ll achieve.

2. You need to constantly change your routine up over time to continue to experience gains. The body adapts to a routine and this may be the reason we hit plateaus, the body adapts to the routine and may refuse to grow unless we attack from a new angle (trying hanging or pumping for example.

3. PE works. But only for those people dedicated enough to stick through it. Just like quitting smoking or losing weight, PE requires dedication and commitment that most people lack. It’s not easy, but the rewards are great.
