BPFSL gain after a week

OK, I’ve only been back to PEing for like a week, real basic newbie routine, actually, I haven’t’ even been jelqing cause of privacy issues, but I’ve been doing basic manual stretches and wouldn’t you know it. I checked stretch length just now and it’s 1/4” more (it’s 7 1/2”). I know it’s a small gain, erections seem a little bigger (length and girth, but I’m not 100% sure), but has anyone else noticed any measurable gains in 1 week?


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

It’s not usual to have real gains in just one week. But at least, you are sure it’s not getting worse, right?

Well, in regards to “real gains”, I haven’t checked my BPEL or NBPEL, I don’t want to yet, I wanna be able to really see a gain, this was just stretched. I checked that cause I wanted to check my flaccid length and in my palm, it was 4.5”, I didn’t measure before, I took a guesstimate.

Was this increase after a workout? I usually have little increase in the BPFSL after a good manual stretching session. And like marinera said, it’s a good indicator.

Guesstimate doesn’t help a lot, you need to be accurate.

Yeah I have gains too in one week but I don’t know if this is coming from light pumping or jelgs and stretching..

At least 3/8 flaccid a 1/8 EL and 1/8 Girth.. Generally after a week I feel my penis much stronger with much better EQ. I think my dick breathing now :D


Starting stats: JAN 09: 7 3/8" BPEL x 5 1/2" EG mid-shaft

Goal for the first 12 months: 8 1/2" BPEL x 6 1/2" EG mid-shaft and a bigger head.. :D

Goal for life: 9 1/2" BPEL x 7 1/2" EG mid-shaft !

No, all I’ve been doing is basic stretches at night. I took this stretch prior to my stretches for the night. Only measurement I guesstimated was flaccid length, cause I forgot too initially and I’m back home for the holidays (leave for school next week, where I’ll have lots of privacy).

Sure is a good thing! Tiger111 seems to be gaining even quicker, though I’m not sure if he is measuring post workout. Not sure if I’m very lucky though, only time will tell what kind of gainer I’ll be, but it’s definitely an encouraging sign.

So does this mean you’ve PE’d before? I’ve read threads where Wadzilla talks about previously lost gains coming back really quickly after a break. Perhaps you lost some gains before and this is them coming back?

PE’d like 6 or 7 years ago for about 6 months. Although I don’t remember stretching, if I did, it was minimal, my routine was almost 100% jelqing. Gained more girth then length when I did, and while I stuck with it for 6 months, it was more like a 20 minute a day 4-5 times a week thing. I plan on being much more serious this time around.

That being said, it could explain why the gains are “coming back” so quickly, although I still haven’t checked any erect measurements.

It’s a suggestion to consider I guess. I’m really out of my depth to guess if deformation would still be present 6 or 7 years after.

But no matter what the reason for it, if the gain cements then it’s something to celebrate! Congratulations!
